As the title mentioned, I purchased this monitor by mistake. I had intended to shop for a much more high-priced Dell monitor, but due to the fact I was attempting to do three points at when whilst ordering, I clearly bought the incorrect monitor Definitely males cant multitask but on this rare occasion it acctually worked out rather well for me.

Firstly, I use my monitor/computer system for all the regular stuff, function, net and so on but I'm also and avid gamer and I like to sit and watch films on my Pc if my wifes hogging the Television whilst X-Factor or Subsequent Top rated model is on, so I required one thing that was going to suit all these demands. My last monitor was a widescreen Belina affair that, immediately after five years of faithfull service decided to give up and die on me. Not poor contemplating I'm 1 of those people who dosent turn off his computer ever.

I recall I initially skipped more than this monitor mainly because of it really is 1366 x 768 resolution. I honestly didnt think it would be any really good, especially given that my final monitor was 1440x900 and in impact it would be a downgrade in good quality of image. Eitherway, somehow I placed it in my shopping basket over my original.

Rather than return it, I thought I'd give it a ago and boy am I glad I did. Whilst the resolution is slightly lower than my last monitor, the Dynamic display method acctually improves overall quality. Gameplay (I am a major fan of Team Fortress two, CoD and Battlefield games) is as wonderful as it is allways been and there is nothing noticible about graphics that I would call derogatory in comparison to my last monitor. My only concern was if games acctually supported the resolution but I've had no complications with any. They all work fine.

The only spot I've noticed any diffrence is in video playback. When watching a whidescreen film on my 1440x900 monitor, I'd still end up with the "letterbox" impact. Thats gone with this monitor which I suspect is down to absolutely nothing far more than the resolution getting significantly more appropriate to widescreen film playback.

The acctual style of the monitor is outstanding. There are no buttons at all. All adjustments are done by touchsensitive plate at the bottom of the monitor. This even has the added bonous of making the monitor slightly a lot easier to clean due to the fact there are no "hard to reach" locations when cleaning.

I'd give this monitor 6 out of five if I could and I'd recommend it to any person looking for a new 19" monitor. If you want bigger...well I assume I'll be sticking with Samsung from now on!

The screen is quite beneficial it is a touch on /off. The colour is rather vivid on the screen too I can advise this to any body who is thinking of shopping for a different screen, the wide screen is a nice function too.
